The Myelin Repair Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization supported by gifts and grants from individuals, corporations and foundations. Since 2004, we have raised $45 million to support our myelin repair research program. Your gift today will help us reach the first myelin repair Phase I Clinical Trial by 2014. All donations made to MRF are tax deductible by law.

Help Us Reach Clinical Trials by 2014

To complete our aggressive milestones toward the first phase 1 clinical trial for myelin repair in multiple sclerosis by 2014, we must raise $50 million more. These resources will allow us to continue our successful accelerated target discovery program and build the new infrastructure and partnerships that will be necessary to translate our discoveries to the point of fully engaging with a commercial partner to bring a treatment to market. Without these relationships and resources our progress will be slowed.

We remain committed to managing our resources in a way that will allow us to ensure that at least 80% of dollars spent are spent on research.

Myelin Repair Foundation Supports

Many of our supporters are multiple sclerosis patients or friends and family members of multiple sclerosis patients who remain in fear of the ultimately devastating effects of MS. They believe supporting the Myelin Repair Foundation is the best investment they can make in the development of a new treatment option.

Some of these donors give to more than one multiple sclerosis organization: To the Myelin Repair Foundation for its highly focused and effective research program and to other multiple sclerosis organizations for their education and support services.

And still others are investing in the opportunity to be part of a sea change in medical research that could accelerate patient treatments for all diseases.
